With all due respect, one can skip the folding over the seeds of the PT for immediate root visibility and if using a room-wide heat source, taping the ZL bag to a vertical surface results in the tap roots starting straight down which may help with transplanting and vigor awareness. My nickel's worth. eg

Just google clonex, and some hits will show up. The above mention points at CLONEX gel, which is a root growth stimulator. You can put a drop of the gel at the places where the tap roots are meant to emerge from the leaf nodes, and it will make them start to grow sooner and eventually makes them grow more vigorous.
