I used Matt's PAR meter to figure out my light intensity in my grow tent. Here are the number's I got: 12": 480PAR 18": 297PAR 30": 189PAR 34": 174Par
A good approximation for estimating light intensity (at least for my setup): Light Intensity = 6085.5 * (height^-1.02777)
So I should be starting the seedlings at around 30" and when the first true leaf opens I can probably get away with going up to about 20"
